We are currently looking to fill the position of an Client Services Manager (middle / senior level)Your main responsibilities for this position will include: Building communication between the client, internal team and external contractors, to ensure that projects run smoothly, are completed on time, within budget and preferably exceeding the client’s expectations.

This is the key person, coordinating all participants in the process. What you will do:

1. Financial and documentary support:
Preparation of monthly estimates and their approval with the client, ability to competently optimize budgets and operate with numbers
Preparation of specifications, acts, contracts
Control of document flow and payments from the client and to contractors
Control of payments from the client and contractors

2. Work with contractors:
Discussion of the terms and cost of filming, services
Conducting briefings with contractors (together with the production part of the team)

3. Communication with the client:
Management of clients expectations and conflict resolution, ability to clearly understand the client’s tasks
Receiving requests from the client and feedback, transferring to the team
Preparation and holding of regular reporting meetings (weekly/monthly)
Strategic development and expansion of the range of services provided to the client

4. Project management/organization of team work:
Building a project road map, timing
Control deadlines for all project participants
Optimize and control work processes, systematize the tasks
Conducting internal meetings to coordinate the project

What you should have or be:
Experience of at least 3 years in client services in an agency or similar business
Previous experience in working with contractors (production, in-house, etc.)

Understanding and experience in document flow, working with financial documentsAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and stress resistanceFluent in Russian and English at a level of at least B1.
